Got myself this beautiful pound of sablefish straight from the fishermen at Goodfish when I was at the farmers market in Squamish. This fresh piece that was caught and frozen at sea was only $25 ~ What a steal! I was going to make the usual miso saikyoyaki with it but my mom ran out of miso at home, so I baked it simply with whatever veggies she had (orange bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, olives, avocadoes) and it was buttery goodness 😌😋
