First homecooked meal in Toronto

First time cooking properly at my new place in Toronto! Doesn't matter that there is no furniture yet so we were standing and eating, but hey at least we have pretty plates and proper cutlery! 😁 I made pan seared wagyu with grilled carrots glazed with an aged sherry vinegar, served with my signature loaded twice baked potatoes and roasted garlic bulbs. 😋
