I had a wonderful time planning and facilitating this design thinking workshop for heritage businesses in partnership with the National Heritage Board to help them innovate for the modern customer. Besides learning more about the challenges that they face, I also have a greater appreciation of how their products and services help keep Singapore's culture and history alive. 💪
